Swords, contacts, etc.

Hello! L-chan here.

I have NOT found purple duct tape. How hard is it to get? I'm on the brink of demanding that someone order it at the store so I can get it.

Mama told me that if I keep my math grade at an A, she'll get me the cosmetic contacts I want! Yay!

On Wednesday I got three shots. My arm's still sore. But they have a special spray now that helps you not feel the needle, just the pressure of the liquid.

I got my nails painted dark purple, almost black. It looks cool!

Hopefully the two pictures I uploaded will come out. One of duct tape, the other of Rangiku Matsumoto, mentioned in my previous post. You who know me, you'll see the resemblance. :) Also a picture of MCR.

The 4Kids people ruin anime. They edit it too much. Just my thoughts.

My sincerest apologies...

...For not updating in a long time. It's been difficult and I've been busy. But with the lack of purple duct tape and story ideas, I'm free for the moment.

I'm absolutely obsessed with Bleach nowadays. It's a manga/anime series that is SO AWESOME. It basically comprises about 50% of my thoughts and 25% of what I say. So...yeah, I'm in love. One of the best things about it? I actually somewhat look like a character from the series, Rangiku Matsumoto. I mean, I'm so obsessed that I actually tried to cut my hair similar to hers (it worked!) in order to highlight this. I like the arrancar better though. My favorites would have to be Wonderwice, Luppi, and Ulquiorra.

I'm in a band now. It has me, L, and D in it. I'll call it RFV for now, since I'm paranoid about name-hijackers. But it's awesome. Though we have a lack of a singular place to be, we're slowly figuring out what to do. If needed, we'll put it on hold till summer when we have more time, but we will do it.

I'm going to try to convince D's dad to let her go to the same high school as me. I don't want her to go away! I want her to stay with me and L. My selfish wish.

D told me today that her mom got tickets for an MCR concert. I'm so happy for her! But, of course, I'm also jealous. (I got into My Chemical Romance over my time lag from my post before the Subway one.) She best tell me all about it!

I misread the word palms as pants today. Then I figured it out. It was funny though.

I saw Definitely, Maybe last weekend. It was so cute and sweet. I loved it and highly recommend it.

Random fact: White chocolate has no chocolate in it.

Subway, eat fresh.

YAY for end of groundation. Well, nothing important happened, just we're doing a new play and nothing else.

I just feel like SQUEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!

In total love with Bleach now.

Hello America and everywhere else

I know I'm now posting about once a month. I'll try to up it to once a week.

We're doing our play now. Performances are today and tomorrow. I'm so excited!

I think I'll be able to see The Golden Compass on Friday! Woo!

I burned my finger using a hot glue gun. Well, to be expected. Klutzy me.

And that's about it. Bye.

Catch-up

Whew! it's been a while since I last posted.

To summarize what's happened:
Halloween
Casting
An antique fair.

For Halloween I was Tsunade from Naruto. I loved my costume, although I didn't fully look like her. But I think I looked like her. :)

Our drama class got our Romeo and Juliet roles! I didn't get Juliet, but I'm okay with that. I got another role that the teacher said I was the best one for.
And I am Lady Capulet! Yes, I am the matriarch of the Capulets, Juliet's mom. I'm really happy that I did. YAY! Capulets so pwn Montagues, in my opinion.

I went to an antique fair last Sunday. I got a pair of really cool old sunglasses. They look cool!

I've been catching up on Heroes, and have almost made it. I'll be caught up on Tuesday, if my predictions are accurate. Let's hope so.

Origins of names

The origin of the name Luncena has a bit of a bizarre history.

When I was in science class about a year ago, me, my friend, and two other people were put into a group and told to "make an insect". So we set to it. What we ended up making was a combo of a luna moth, centipede, fly, and butterfly. The creation was dubbed a "luncen" (luna moth+centipede). Eventually I ended up incorporating luncens into my story.

Later when I was in need of a name online, I thought about luncens. "Luncena" is the female form of "Luncen" and it sounded neat. So I decided on that. And that became my alias.

And the origin of this blog's name comes from the weird things involving me and fives. I was born at 5:55 AM, I rarely don't see a 5 in my lucky numbers in fortune cookies, the number of letters in all my names adds up to 23 (2+3=5), etc. So fives keep following me.
